There is a troop combo that works against any TH10 if you are a TH11. Keep in mind that there are not that many max 11's out there, so even the really 'good' clans sometimes settle for a not so great attacker so they can have those max 11's. The reality is if you know what you're doing now after this last update, there is a recipe to defeat any th10 base on a fresh hit. I don't care what base they roll with. However, like was already stated loons is just one such strategy, but there are many others that get the job done just as well. The trick is knowing all those attacks and being comfortable enough with all of them to know which one you need for the base you are going after.

　　I love seeing all these folks stagger all the air defenses on 1 side of the base with this 'anti-loon' meta and thinking they have done something. I see it all the time, even in elite clans. Of course the meta also says to throw your sweepers in the opposite direction. When I see a base like this, I simply pull out some loons and a bunch of baby dragons and wipe the base clean.

　　I don't envy anyone at TH10 right now in good war clans, because base building is almost impossible because no matter what you do there is an attack and 11 is going to smear you with. That's just the state of the game, and in my opinion it's gotten to where TH11 troops are very balanced and lots of fun.
